Please verify your unique identifier is
Is your Pogoplug enabled device connected to Power?
Is the ethernet cable connected to your Pogoplug enabled device and to your router?
Does your router give out IP addresses to computers on your network (DHCP)?
Do you have a firewall installed that blocks UDP, or is UDP disabled on your router?
If you have confirmed that your unique identifier was entered correctly, and verified all of the tips, please try unplugging your Pogoplug enabled device from the power source and plugging it in again.
